Aims and Summary This module aims to develop student’s ability to manage people in a complex work environment of constant change, multi-disciplinary and partnership working and high levels of stress created by the nature of the work. Students will critically examine relevant theory and models of practice relating to performance management and develop strategies for anti-oppressive practice in individual and team management.
